The restaurant was nicely decorated and had a great atmosphere. , the room was clean and tidy. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants.
We had a terrible experience due to excessive noise from nearby events. We couldn't sleep until late at night.

Had a great time celebrating Christmas in this hotel. the cozy atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area just added to the festive spirit. Loved the delicious food served all day and the friendly staff made it even better. the location was key - right in the heart of the town, we were surrounded by shops and restaurants, and transportation was a breeze. the rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of exploring.
My only concern was that the hotel overlooked some maintenance issues in the rooms. the bathroom could have been cleaner and the air conditioning was not available, which made the room quite stuffy.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect as we were close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Additionally, the staff were very friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the parking facilities were convenient. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Very nice, very clean rooms. In the middle of stadskanaal centre, so good location. Good bikes for rental for fair price.
The restaurant of raadhuys was disappointing. Also, breakfast was too expensive: I would expect more for 13.50 euros and better tasting scrambled eggs.
